What does the Microsoft AI Readiness Audit cost?+
The audit is a fixed-price engagement starting at €4,500, depending on the size of your Microsoft landscape. You get a defined scope up front: architecture assessment, a working spike, a written roadmap and an executive readout. No day rates, no open ends.
How quickly can an engagement start?+
The audit typically starts within two weeks of commissioning. Fractional architecture engagements start within two to four weeks depending on scope. Delivery pods are assembled and productive within three to four weeks, including onboarding to your environment and processes.
How does the CET overlap work in practice?+
Our delivery center in Accra works at UTC+0, just one to two hours behind German time. Your team and ours share almost the entire working day: daily standups in your morning, reviews in your afternoon, and no waiting overnight for answers. Communication runs through your tools, typically Microsoft Teams and Azure DevOps.
Do you work in our existing Microsoft tenant or do you need a greenfield setup?+
We work in your existing tenant. That is the point: your Entra ID, your security policies, your data governance and your existing systems stay in place, and AI capabilities are integrated into them. Greenfield projects are welcome too, but our specialty is landscapes that have history.
