It takes approximately 6-10 weeks to build a website from start to finish, providing we have all the information from you. However, it depends on the requirement. The website will only take a long time if we are still waiting for text and images from you .

It really depends on what type of website you want. We will be able to discuss this on our discovery call before we start working together. Depending on which package we agree on we could need images of you and your team, images of your workplace, content for the website (e.g. text, PDFs etc.), staff profiles, any videos you would like to add to the website, login details to your existing website. Some of these  might already be on the existing website, in which case it can be transferred over to the new site.

Digital marketing is the component of marketing that utilizes internet and online based digital technologies such as desktop computers, mobile phones and other digital media and platforms to promote products and services.  Traditional marketing will focus on radio, TV, print and film, whereas when it comes to digital marketing marketers make use of apps, websites, blogs, social media, email, and online content.

Firstly, you should be focusing on the social media platforms with the most active users. These are (in order), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Next, you need to determine where your target audience spends their time and educate yourself on the demographic. What are their behavioral patterns? What kind of content do they prefer? How does social media influence them as consumers?

What are their behavioral patterns? What kind of content do they prefer? How does social media influence them as a consumer?

Definitely! You should never assume that because social media has become so hugely popular, that it is enough to solely focus your digital marketing strategy on social media platforms. There are more active email accounts than active accounts on any social media platform in the world. Email marketing is more private and often feels more personal to the consumer. Most people are consistently tuned into their email, checking it multiple times a day and constantly seeing notifications appear on their mobiles, laptops, and tablets. Learn more about why you should still be using email marketing in our blog post, ‘Is Email Marketing Dead?’.

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of using onsite and offsite tactics to help get content presented by a search engine.  If done well, the practice increases the quantity and quality of your website traffic.

This question is the source of endless speculation and debate because search engine companies such as Google will not answer it. Experts generally agree rankings are based on relevance and authority, but the factors that determine them are many—and inconsistent. The best way to achieve a high search engine ranking is to create one of the most thorough web pages possible for a specific keyword or topic.

Web hosting is an agreement between you and a web hosting service provider that you will pay a monthly lease to own and operate a portion of their massive web servers. These are computers that will house all your data and will allow others to get a good look at the content you so painstakingly create. Think of it as a storage unit with windows that other Internet users will drive by and take a peep through.
Shared web hosting provides the plan holder with access to a small part of a web server that is used by hundreds of other web sites. These powerful web servers are split into partitions that are allocated to the web hosting customers. As a shared web hosting plan holder, you have access to a set amount of server resources. However, if you need to exceed these limitations then resources are pulled from other partitions on the network to accommodate your needs.
VPS web hosting is one of the most popular kinds of hosting available, most likely because it offers a perfect balance between affordability and professional functionality. VPS is an abbreviation for Virtual Private Server, which describes the web server configuration. Web servers are powerful computers that serve information to web pages so that it can be accessed by visitors around the world. When a visitor views one of your web pages they are downloading content directly from your web server.
Dedicated web servers are the envy of the web hosting industry, being the most powerful solution available for small to medium size online business owners. Many webmasters decide to purchase the cheapest web hosting plan available rather than shop around for the most suitable solution for their web site. Unfortunately, doing this will almost always result in an unnecessary upgrade later, often at a time that is very inopportune for both the site owner and the site visitors.
Domain names are much like number plate of a vehicle, there are no two that are the same. Domain names are the identity cards of the Internet, representing the face of each website. In basic terms, a domain name is simply the name of your web site. However, behind each domain name is a process that turns a local web address into a word or phrase that anyone can use to access your site from around the world. Domain name is a phrase or even just a word that people input in their browsers to be pointed directly to a specific web site.
This is an abbreviation for Secure Sockets Layer. This is a common protocol used to communicate information securely online. This protocol provides a safe path that runs between two Internet-connected machines or two machines on the same internal network. It is an extremely handy tool used by web browsers who need to connect securely to a web server, given the wild insecurity inherent on the Internet. SSL usually operates and sets up a secure session with little or no interaction from the person visiting the web site.
